No WOD for me today, but did a little race called 8-Tuff miles. 8.37 miles up and down hills (1,000 ft. Elevation) across St. John.
Watched all the Friday night Fiesta videos for motivation and inspiration and focused on the one mile I was running. Was hoping to finish in under 2 hours and just missed at 2:01:05.
Definitely tough to get up this morning …but I wanted Bob to get in and that’s means I’m going too!!
