Skill – wanted to work on T2B, didn’t want to “jump”. However, Coach Sarah encouraged me to jump from plates to the 20″ box. Started with 3 35# plates, down to 1 – still hesitate when jumping, but I think next time we might try from the floor. Thanks Coach Sarah for believing I could do it. Thanks Matt for videoing to show me how hight I was jumping – appreciate it so much.
EMOM – worked up to 80#; AMRAP Got through the round of 6 & 30, then did the 8 burpees and 2 more DUBs.

New PR = 280# ( up 5 # ) Got stuck with 285# waited 2 full minutes & dropped 5 # to stick the 280#. ( first time dumping a front squat,I didn’t know what to do with sitting at the bottom,lol It was quite funny.
WOD = got up to 160#
Dropped back to 135 # to finish out last few.
Got up to 8 burps on the ladder ***** ( first time doing dub attempts ) can’t wait to get em!

Then who doesn’t like a little Donkey Punch after EMOM ? with AMRAP 4 burpees over bar and dubs (singles for this guy) 10 burpees and just about to start 70 singles
Super happy I finally PRd my front squat! Got 175# and know I could have done more if I had more time.
For the WOD I worked up to 100# and got 8/10 doing 2x singles. Wicked fun class. Thank Sarah!

WOD- 55, 65, 75, 95 and stayed here for the rest. Legs were definitely smoked after today and yesterday so I tried to just focus on form

worked up to 245#, tried 255# but failed. Think I gave up to early but my legs were kind of smoked from hiking yesterday.

Started with 115# and got up to 165#. Everything felt really good today.
Part 2
got in 5 burpees of the set of 10. I started to loose me shorts half way through the set of 30 dubs which kind of thew me off. Nothing like a wardrobe malfunction in the middle of a WOD. Built from 55# to 90# during EMOM10. Some partial depth squats to take it easy on my knee.
AMRAP4 got to 6 of 10 burpees with 2xsingle unders.
Front Squats 5×3 finally the knee is feeling good and got over 200# !
