I went up the ladder by 6:20ish, thought I was done and started catching my breath until Mike and PJ noticed and got me back up and going down the ladder. Finished at 13:51.

Str – worked strict press percentages. Struggled with the 3rd @85%, but the last 5 felt good.
Barry Manilow – 7:51 (10#) – my burpees were slower than usual after the 4th round. Finished and didn’t even look for a “thumbs up” from Coach pj to maybe go down the ladder ๐

So yesterday we did a wall ball warm up and I thought…not as bad as I recall. Then this WOD comes up…YIKES. Wall Balls and Burpees…oh my! BUT I need to work on my burpees so I didn’t even consider scaling – a few months ago it would have been scaled for sure so YAY ME! And this was the first time I used a 10# ball. Which after the first few wall balls I thought that perhaps that wasn’t the wisest decision but I made it through.
So awesome to see All Star Mike – just working out with us. That is the first time I have worked out with a coach. PR!!! ding ding ding
Thanks Coach PJ for the Rowling…and the blind rowling…messing with our heads at 6 am. Nice.

I have no burpee endurance (I get so tired so quick) so I was worried but seeing everyone at the 5am work so hard was super motivating. Whenever I was tired Steph was right there next to me working her butt off so that kept me going!

Finished climbing at 6:26 so went back down and had to stop at round of 4 because my left arm went limp and just had nothing left ๐ now to mobilize and the next time we do this, I will destroy it because stopping def frustrates me but better to stop than injure myself over something so minor.
Outstanding job by everyone and for the ones who finish this under the cap, you def are NINJAS!!!

STR: started with percentages for 73# but could only do 4 at 80% and 1 at 85%, so I dropped it back down to my prev 1RM.

I made it through the 5th round of wall balls on the way down before capping out. I should have probably went with the 18# instead of the 20# on this one. Still, great workout and something to improve on if/when that one comes around again.
It wasn’t the prettiest but I also got my first ring muscle up tonight. I love reaching goals!

Got 12:34 going up and down started to feel the wall balls big time in round 10 had to break them up but kept moving… Rested on the ground for a second when doing the Burpees was key for sure thanks for that tip PJ I fed wanted to get back up once I stayed down there. Awesome work 6pm way to crush this one.
Worked on strict press percentages. Even tho I don’t like strict press, they still felt pretty good. Got up 70# for my 85%.
This wod was brutal. Looked easy on paper. Finished just under the time cap at 13:58 using 14#.
