After the huge 8am yesterday, there were only 3 of us today.

No squat, squat, goose for us, but we had a fun time with partnah rowling.
Took a break while the 9am’ers WODded, then hit OG and worked on pull-ups, power snatches and some dubs.

WOD- got 4+29, partnered with Anna. We did 35lb Rkb, kipping pull-ups, 400m runs (each ended up running a mile total), lunges and rows.
Fun warm up game!!!
Stayed for open gym as well.
