Sporadically – 10:35 (box-abmat/plate, plate jump-overs) – the hspu’s felt hard, but the stack jump-overs felt good. If anything it has improved my burpee jump-overs.
Thank you Koach Krystle for helping me get my hands and feet situated and coach Pj for bringing a plate instead of a tower or abmats ๐ Nice having a 1.5 – 1 ratio of all stars to coaches ๐

Yay! Vacation means not running home, eating dinner and crashing like I usually do during the school year ๐ I am leisurely posing online today. I can’t wait for summer. Any-hoo, I did the WOD in 9:31 with pike HSPU (finally) and 2 abmats. I think I could have done 1 and got the goal of the workout like Mike described. I did all the box jumps though and didn’t scale the number like I thought I would. Next time, one abmat. Oh boy.

Got 8:28 w/ 1 ab mat
Really liked this workout felt good with this mixture of movements. Plan was to get after the boxes and then allow for time to do the HSPU pretty much did sets of 2 to keep the arms fresh. Nice work 5am everyone crushed this one.
Strict Press with Kate last night – 3×5, 60#, 65#, 70#, 75#, 80#.
Box hspu & plate stack jumps, finished 8:48 I think. Started with pike/1 abmat but that went after the second set of hspu. Should’ve gone with 2 ab mats, I think.
Stopped at the park on my way home for a little jog at Ghiloni park…Love that there is still enough day light to do this. Jogged a slow half mile, then alternated walking and jogging for the second half mile loop. I want to get comfortable with running again but I know I never will if I keep avoiding it.
