So close to K2E but can’t call it that yet, just a really aggressive K2T 🙂 Improved my time by almost 5 mins, and used a heavier wallball. Rested way more than I had hoped during the second half, but my whole body was just smoked. Lost my arms during the K2T and my shaky legs were in full effect for the burpees! Awesome job 5am, thanks PJ!

I normally don’t do a big met-con the day before a 5K, but got caught up in the moment when all stars just kept coming in the door. Modified weights/moves, but did all 50 reps

I am not going to lie I was intimidated for sure! But I am so glad I did it and pushed myself till the end.
Paced the box jumps and jumping pull ups unbroken.
KB swings broken 25, 15, 10.
Lunges unbroken.
I started the knee to elbows and just could not get them to my elbows on that 11th so I switched to knee to triceps for the 40 left.
My grip was shot for the push press broken up 25, 15, 10.
Good mornings had small pauses but did not put the bar down.
Wall Balls broken into 10s because these are my biggest weakness.
I felt these burpees today man!
Singles were broken 50 and 50.
Everyone pushed themselves so much today!!! You guys rock!

I opted for the “Dirty Thirty” vs. the “Filthy Fifty” to keep things reasonable as I ease back into things.

This WOD beat me down today. Not entirely sure what happened but I havent felt like that during a WOD in a loooong time. Great work today everyone. This wod really tests your inner push. Everyone pushed themselves all the way to the end and thats what its all about!

Burpees were anything but smooth and my dubs are getting better but still a time eater plus the fact I was exhausted . Walking lunges & good mornings were a nice breather but still sucked in there own sneaky way . I liked this one !

First time ever doing this one! I was a little intimidated all day but I’m so glad I did it. Took me 31:01, the push press got tough for me. I definitely need to build some shoulder strength.

Always a nice smooth steady pace workout. Forearms were smoked after the K2E was not friendly for the push presses or good mornings. need to get more flexible in that area for sure. All in all great workout always look forward to hitting this one. Nice work 430, nice big class and everyone for after it.
The last time I did this was in Marlborough like 2 years ago now. I did that in 45 minutes (WODS never had a time cap). I was pretty sure I’d beat this. I got 31:14. I was kind of bummed during this WOD…it just didn’t start off like I wanted and I think it bogged me down as I went on. Krystal got me through the burpees and I’m so glad she did…by that time I didn’t want to keep moving. I DID beat my last time by a landslide, so I’m happy.
