First WOD doing butterfly pull-ups!!! Woohoo love the improvement every day. Definitely need to stay tighter, felt my legs getting loosy goosy as I got tired. Good work 5am, thanks pj!

aw yay, thank you Lori!!! I was so excited when PJ said to go for it and that I was actually able to stick with them… I have just been practicing on the sidelines and was waiting for the green light from him to try them in a WOD. We have the best coaches that know what’s best for us for sure!!
Handstand holds and mobility
WOD- 14:00 and finished the Wod. 75lbs on clean and jerks. RR. Knee push-ups. Instead of air squats I did sit-ups, muscle-pull-healing-time.

Worked up to 205# a new 1RM by 20# felt really good today had quick elbows and stayed back in my heels. Need to have less movement of my feet but all in all felt solid.

Got 13:19 w/ 135#
Another one where I just needed to keep moving was flying through my rounds of Cindy through the first two rounds until my push ups went and had to start breaking them up. C+Js felt strong did quick singles.. Room for improvement being more efficient for sure with these movements. Nice work 5am, great class PJ.

One of those days where you don’t feel like working out but once you get to the box n shake the cob webs out you feel better and your workout turns out to be really good. Cindy was quick and efficient and C+J’s felt good and smooth with cycling the bar. Only had to do fast singles on last 2 reps of final round.

Definitely been a long sore week. All the things hurt but it is all good. This one was a struggle to keep moving. Sometimes I struggle with being modified…I want to just do it all. So glad that Coach PJ knows exactly what to make me push through and what to modify me just keep moving and no fail. Trusting my Coach and the process is so important.

My arms felt this today! I knew that if I continued on my feet for the push ups I would have cut it too close to the time cap so I switched it up.

Gymnastics: finally got the rope to pass through twice; not sure if I’d say these looked like dubs, but I did string together a few successful attempts.
