I think KB was 26# – it had blue tape on it. I usually use the purple one (shocker) and I don’t know what weight that one is but I think it is less than 26#.
I did ALL the running. Breathing was tough but I kept pushing. Just feels good to run and not row the meters.
OLY: Thanks PJ for keeping on me…I hear the words…but the signals don’t quite make it to all the body parts yet. Totally enjoyed the snatch practice though.

Recently graduated to the 44# KB, and this was my second WOD using one. Did first round unbroken and split into a 10 and 5 for the other rounds. Kept moving in the burpees. This got really rough at the end!

As much as I love running, this wod def snuck up on me haha. Last round I tried to sprint it in to beat the clock but just didn’t have it left in me haha. Getting better with the 70# KB, def a weakness that is still and will always be work in progress.
