Aftershave – 3+70 (55#, knee)
Also did knee push-ups due to a nagging right shoulder. Learned that I can’t do DUBs in running shoes since they are 1/2 size bigger and I kept tripping on the rope. SDLHPs got wobbly. Sit-ups and air squats were good 🙂
I wanted that full 4 rounds but I could not make my legs move any faster on the last run. I got to the 100 right before time was up.
Got the hang of the SDHP after the first couple of rounds. Wore my running shoes and had the same issue as Janet – they are bigger and I kept tripping over my jump rope but they felt good for the run – but my legs were not happy. They wanted to walk that last run…Hell NO!

After the warm-up I thought for sure it was going to be a rowing day…my knee was sore in a weird spot, but after mobility whatever it was felt better. I did modify a bit though.

Today I woke up pretty sore and physically exhausted (I was a little sick yesterday), so I knew today was going to be more of an active recovery day. I went very light on the hpsdl because I have never done them before. I tried to do the push ups on my knees but Sarah was not having it haha so I switched to feet with an ab mat 🙂 . I did the first round with dubs then 2 x the singles for the rest of it.
I will never enjoy/look forward to the run, no matter how many times people tell me I will hahah. Great work 9:30! Thanks Sarah!
