Today was a “breakthrough” day for me!! Feel as though I actually had the correct form on my hang clean!! SUPER EXCITED!! Pj is a rock star and once he said to engage my hamstrings… it was all over!! Can’t wait to practice!
Feeling a little run down at the end of this week but I can’t say no to deads…155×2 185×2 205×2 and 225 was crazy heavy, I hit two single reps.
Dialed back the reps for the leg killing wod since my legal are already destroyed. 40 lighter wall balls/40 k2f/20 back squats (55#)/20 ring rows/ 10 ohs. The OHS were definitely a struggle…but I still love them.
Small 630 for a Friday, but still excellent. Thanks Mike & Sarah.
