Strict Press – missed these last cycle and struggled a bit. Haven’t tried much heavy overhead in the last month due to nagging shoulder. It felt better today; let’s see how it feels tomorrow.

I am so glad I didn’t do the math until after because it was a new pr for me by a lot and it didn’t feel as heavy as I thought it would have!
STR – Strict Press – Tried for a new 1 rep max – no go. This entire cycle I have not been able to get past 85% of my 1 rep max – not sure if I miscounted the weight… Going to go with a lower 1 rep max this cycle to try to build up strength.
Limo – 70# 90#
Super happy with the 70# snatch – felt really good.
Cleans felt good too – although I started to feel my back a bit so I didn’t push it.
