Went a little rogue at the end…PJ said 7 rounds and he would check in to see if I could do more. 1 more…turned into 2 so I got 9. I honestly don’t think I could do a 10th. It was a tough call because I had the time but my body just couldn’t do another burpee. Very happy with 9 good rounds.
So many All Stars!!! And needed all that energy – it was a bit tropical in the box this morning – nasty.

Holy hell! This one kicked my ass. I think I went too heavy. The snatches def slowed me down, but i was VERY happy to finish this one. Thanks to everyone who cheered me on!
Movements felt really smooth today, a grinder for sure. Thanks for a great class and get us going this morning holy PJ. Way to crush this one 5am awesome energy.
Snatches felt good and went unbroken on them. Total grinder and went to dark place at the end to finish this one. Great sweat session was needed after a long weekend in Montreal!

I warmed up with a few reps at 95# and realized that weight was a bit aggressive. That being said I should have done 85# instead. Lesson learned for next time.
The Burpees were really tough tonight especially after those lunges. Did I really say I was looking forward to them?

I had 125 On bar and pulled it off last minute to make sure form stayed good due to first practice one felt heavy ,but didn’t give it a chance ,next time I will try more weight but only if I can maintain standards of course.

Stayed smooth throughout and the last 9 burpees I kicked it into Warp speed.
Tough one last night, one of those wods I spent a lot of time trying to strategize during the day… Went in planning to hit 7 rounds, then finish if time allowed. Ended up finishing just over the 20 minute mark, so I was happy with that. 55# snatches & body weight lunges. Great class, love how everyone rallies at the end to push me through those last rounds. Awesome work 6pm. Thanks Kelly G!
