What a WOD. Burpees were almost the “best” part. Tried to pace it out so that I would get through each movement with a reasonable amount of effort and reps. My elbows hate all of these things (except jumps) and it was not happy but I kept pushing.

That’s a humdinger! Hard work but good hard work. Box jumps with my white guy 1″ vertical jump are slower than I wish. Sore today but love big metcon days and jumped into the pain cave with gusto today. Thanks Krystal.

Whoa that was as tough a workout as I can remember. I was absolutely gassed by the end of it. Hell, I was gassed by the middle of it!
Burpees and C2B saved me on this one. The barbell reps were definitely the toughest to get through.
