Great work today everyone! Fun open gym too!
Had to skip the WOD due to still naggy back.
Went to open gym with no real purpose 🙂 Did some rowing, dubs and mobility. Spent most of the time just watching the energizer bunny (aka MAC) 🙂
Partnered with Stewie today, used a really light weight at 55#, did power snatches from hang. We got 3-250 m. Did some rope climbs, hspu and pull up practice.
Strongman training during open gym. Log clean @ press (still need to work on getting UNDER the log!) & then farmers holds. Two 60 sec. holds and then one for max time…total mental game. It’s almost “easier” to hold the weight up knowing your goal time. Just holding on as long as your grip allows is something else!
