GYM – Scap ups on RR, hanging from bar
Finally got past the fear and jumped a wee bit higher. Added another 10# plate on the pile. Small increase but it a big mental jump. 2-35# and 2 10# plates

Always excited for deadlifts and sit ups. I was a little nervous about the jumping since my knees are feeling a bit weak. I pushed past it and got a little higher on the GYM portion but had to move to step ups for the second part of the WOD. I added another plate to make the step ups a little harder. Jumping was not a good idea.
Still making adjustments mentally and physically to the new normal but it is just more progress not perfection.

Liked this WOD a lot Deads felt smooth, Boxes were quick and fluid today But the sit up defiantly slowed me down a little however I am feeling progress on the pace of these which is a good sign. Nice big 430 today everyone crushed it thanks for a great class Phil.

Back squat % make up. Heavy! Didn’t have enough time for the last set though.
Any wod with deads is ok by me! (Really wish my phone would stop adding random extra letters!!) Stack of plates instead of box, and sit ups are sit ups…which is also ok by me. 4+22, 155# deads. Nice work 6pm. Saw some new faces tonight! Thanks Chris!

I really liked this one. Deads definitely got spicy after round 3 but I kept a good safe deliberate pace throughout. Box jumps felt pretty good as well. The sit-up reps were just enough that I could move through them quickly every round. Great job 7:00 pm! Thanks Monsini!

WoD: 5+34. Did 3 rounds w box jumps, 3 with step ups as my knee felt somewhat funky after the first 3. I just definitely never push it on those days because I know the end won’t be good. They feel fine now but just scared to get hurt.
