Only gained a 1:06 from the last time. But my rowing was great at under 5 minutes. I have been dealing with a knot in my upper quad and about 15 thrusters in it really pulled and I buckled. I had to slow down and couldn’t get as low as I wanted to go. Still happy to have finished. I will look forward to meeting Miss Jackie again!

Sorry…I know it’s good – I was just disappointed because I expected more and it would have been more but the cramp was bad and I had to put the bar down. Just frustrating.

OH Jackie! Paced myself on the rower and focused on not looking at the display – ignorance is bliss! The thrusters were the hardest part for me, my legs did not want to cooperate but I tried to keep to at least sets of 10 with rest in between. Bummed I have no previous score (I think I was injured) because I love comparing – next time!!

The row felt good, and I paced myself well. Thrusters were tough and broke them into 10s. Pullups felt great. Did sets of five until the last set when I had to readjust my grip for the very last pull-up. Sweaty day!

Half kipping pull ups and half ring dips. I was sweating so much I could not hold on to the bar for more than two reps no matter how much chalk I used. Need some gloves or straps. Row and thrusters went ok. Broke up thrusters 20, 15, 15. Nice work 6pm

The thrusters definitely got me on his one. My intention was to try and do 2 sets of 25 but I ended up doing sets of 22, 15, and 13. Broke up the pull-ups in sets of 15, 10, and 5.

I did a lot of extra pulling on row and need to open up with long back pull
Thrusters were broken up 3 times with bar resting on tops of feet with head up and not letting go
Pull ups broken up 3 or 4 I forget & they always could use practice on the streamline .

Hola. Last time we did Jackie I did 10:49 with ring rows and 35#. Tonight I did 9:35 with the same stuff!! Krystal popped in for the wod and cheered me on….that was the best ever especially tonight. I didn’t put the bar down and just rested it on my shoulders and that helped a lot! Thanks so much, Sarah!!!

Last time I did Jackie, I got 13:18, 35# and jumping pull-ups.
Happy with the improvement in time, all things considered lately. I worked on my thrusters form during the WOD and felt good about that as well. Goal will be sub 10!

OHS and snatch Balance work tonight, kept it super light to work on form. Definitely getting under the bar more efficiently in the last couple of sets.
