Dropped in at my Cape Box. Lot’s of warm-up and then a Snatch technique session
Warm-up – agility ladder drills;
Then 4 sets of 30 secs on 30 secs off of each of the below
First – banded Kettlebell Swings – these were so hard; could barely get the 26# KB to Russian level. Never did these before, wouldn’t mind never doing them again.
Second – handstand hold – I did feet (wall walk) on the wall hold
Third – negative pull-ups
Finished with ~20 minutes of snatch practice. Worked on setup and patience 🙂
