What a week…glad I got in today and did what I knew I should. I took it easy on my knee. It is SO hard for me to listen to my body because I want and expect to do more than I can right now.
I’m so grateful that Coach PJ knows exactly what I need to do to get my head back in the game – SIT UPS! Stimulus achieved. Definitely helped to do something in the WOD that made me feel like I could do it without hurting myself.

Road WOD. Traveling but was able to get this one in at the usual gym in Albany. Gotta get off the road
