Almost didn’t show up for this one, it looked scary on paper, but I’m glad I went!
Did mobility today and gave some serious TLC to my legs who have been extra cranky the last week or so instead of skill work.

This was a mental grind for sure! 1000K is daunting, and burpees are not my thing, but Coach Phil helped me come up with a plan, and I got after it!

Um, the burpee jump overs put the smackdown on me this morning. Lost my breathing early on this. Not sure why, but LOVED the stimulus regardless.

Despite low score on muscle up i was very happy with my progress tonight. looking back i probably should have done bar muscle ups but i have already seen great progress overall.

Those burpees were tough but burpees always are for me. Definitely more of a mental thing I think I need to break through.
