Almost 8 of us at 8 – great job everyone. Then AMRAP up and down the aisles at MB 🙂 Back for OG @ 10- worked on DLs and Wall Balls for next comp, then held a Deadlift for the Mannequin Challenge. Thanks Joe B for coordinating the challenge, Gus insisting that we had to have rings and Duane for taking the video. Thank you Coach Pj for a fun 8am and all the tips during OG.
