Worked with Monsini on this one today we worked up to 175# felt really good focusing on dialing in the form and keeping tight.

This was an awesome workout Really liked the combo of movements. Tried to keep up with Monsini but got left in the dust on the burpees, thanks for the motivation PJ and way to get after this one today 5am everyone crushed it. Floors look awesome loved breaking them back in.

WOD- 5+27. Did pull-ups and used 75#. Geared back a little, need a rest day:). Great job 6pm. Definitely gave it all we had. Keri W you can WOD near me anytime. Love the enthusiasm.
Oly: felt really off today with my jerks, generally unstable. Was only able to o 65 and 75#, did 85# once and failed.
WOD: 6+5, RR & 45#

OLY- Worked on making my split landings more aggressive and stayed with a light/moderate weight.
WOD- 5+10, kipping pull ups, 45#. Slowly getting stronger/more agile in pull up movement. As usual, the burpees were the worst part for me

Jerks – up to 105#, split jerk always seems to get daintier the heavier it gets. Have to work on keeping a good solid split jerk when the bar gets heavy.
Killer wod! Ring rows, 8 burpees, 55# back squats. Kinda flew through the first round and slowed wayyyy down after that. Shooting for at least 4 rounds and finished 5. 6pm class definitely left it all out of the (wonderfully flat) floor last night, great work all. Thanks Chris!
