Mike V and I worked on 10 ways to do partner box jump overs. Worked on some Front Squats (heavy triple), Deadlifts (EMOM 5 @55#) and Deadlifts (couple of tries at max 135#). All in the name of January comps 🙂 Thanks Chris for the help and showing me some crossover symmetry exercises for my shoulder.
