8 + 5 (115#, 2 Ab Mats, 30 Box)
Started the WOD with 25# deficit HSPU, but could only do that for 3 rounds and switched over to 2 ab mats. Today was a PR day for me as I was able to get my first bar muscle up! It happened during my 6th round and I was able to get 6 in total during the WOD. Great way to start the morning!
Felt really good during this one all movements were on point and 185# felt like the perfect weight for me on this one to keep moving. Thanks for getting us warm and moving in the warm up PJ. Great energy this morning 5am way to get after this one.
Three days off definitely make a difference – I felt like I was so sore – the food didn’t help either. I haven’t jumped on plates in a while and it was good to jump today.
Great work by the All Stars and a nice big class after the holiday.
Thanks Coach PJ – needed to get the lead out and MOVE! Hope you enjoy your dollah coffee!

Off the box handstands ,55# squat cleans
Hardest pull-ups , burpees , plate jumps .
Felt good to be back after two weeks of being bad …..

I think this weight on the cleans was perfect for me because it was just tough enough but I was able to bang out two reps without having to put the bar down. Hopefully soon I can try to move up from ring rows!

Even when 4 of 5 are modified, still a great workout. Glad I went with 75# (vs 65# or 85#); the weight started feeling heavier at the end.
Great job by all the stars. It was pretty quiet when time was called.
