150 sit ups…150 singles
Since sit ups are my jam – but jumping rope is not. This was a love hate WOD but that made it more fun. Had some issues with the stupid mat that I picked – should have stuck with my usual purple one. Still got it done and was faster than I expected so I am very happy.
I can never say enough about the big 6 am All Star classes – the energy makes it so much fun whatever we do. And it keeps growing!
OLY – haven’t done OHS in awhile and it was obvious 🙂

After modifying 4 of 5 movements in yesterdays WOD, it was nice to do one as-written. This was fun 🙂 Sit-ups went as expected, slowing down after 80 or so; few too many breaks on the DUBs at the end.
Always nice to join my nighttime counterparts at 6pm!

WOD: 8:44, doubled the singles.
This WOD looked a lot scarier than it felt, the sit ups weren’t too miserable, broke it up like this: 50-25-25-25-25

Back squats felt so heavy today. The workout went smoothly– I just kept moving and did not allow myself to break. Singles were almost unbroken. I got tripped up at 176 but completed the rest in one go.

OLY with Gus ,kept light refresher work with Sarah with the 1″ PVC regarding turning up elbow pits etc & engaging certain muscles.

Did all 150 dubs!! when relaxed they went into some good rep flurries . Very pleased I didn’t have to go to singles, more dub confident for sure!
