Another vacation WOD at CrossFit North Peoria.
AMRAP 13:00 of 55 deadlifts (135#), 55 wall balls (20″), 55 cal row, and 55 hand release push ups.
Got through 55+55+55+31.

I was gonna say, that looks an awful lot like one of this years open wods! That was a tough one.
OLY – worked up to 135 to prep for WOD. Felt good on dip and drive
WOD – Went for 205 in last minute, fail. Got it a moment after WOD ended. Thanks mike for tips on my dip and drive. Gotta get that muscle memory to incorporate my ass more

Post-WOD – pretty much lived the above picture with Coach Philly (and Sam) yelling at me through 21 calories on the assault bike. Thanks so much – I wanted to quit at 12!
Another big 9:30am class. Felt so guilty when I saw 2 lonely names on the board for 6am 🙁
