WOD: partnered with Susan & finished 4+32. I used a 14# WB and we used 75# barbell. We broke it up by 10s except for the cleans which we did 5’s. I was able to do touch and go with the cleans and they felt great. I felt like my form was just clicking today, it was awesome! Nice job Susan & awesome job 9AM, way to get after it! Thanks Gaff & Phil!!
