Got 17:40, first round 65lbs then did 55lbs x9 rounds. Hands/wrists still sore, so I’m very glad I dropped the weight down to keep moving.

15:38 55# – Thought my bar had 65# at the end realized I made a mistake. Even still, definitely a grind – forearms were junk.
8am really crushed this one – everyone fought to the finish. Way to honor those that are no longer with us.

Caught me by surprise , super fatigue started to wear on my form ,so the breaks had to be longer ultimately hitting time cap in last round .once time was called I dropped down, until PJ said get up & finish & I appreciate that very much for I had no interest at that moment to do anything but by doing so it was the right thing to do not only for me ,but for DT.

Rest day became a rest weekend. Back at it tomorrow!
Hard to say today was a rest day but it was a blessed day! Got to help some ladies learn to prep healthy meals. Thanks to all I’ve learned including CFRT challenges I got to help others. Now to get them to CFRT!

Right up to wire on this one, made the cap thanks to Gaff and Gus. Fore arm fatigue set in at round six or seven. End of nine going into ten with less that two minutes I did not have a nano second to think I was not going to get there. A voice said- come in 12 deadlifts … now cleans etc. I think the last round was as fast as the first …
Felt great to finish and was so glad I stayed with 55# 😉
