Somehow I managed a 85# 1RM on the strict press like 2 cycles ago. This is the closest I have got to it since then! 80# actually felt good today considering the reps beforehand.

Can’t land in a squat – need to ride it down – but it was great to practice!!
No classes? No problem! 100 burpees for time makes a great/miserable workout, definitely a lung burner for sure! Took me about 8 mins. Hope everyone had a nice snow day!
Unintentional rest day. Out of commission even before the snow. Slipped while walking dogs and landed on my head. Seeing a Dr asap to evaluate concussion. 🙁
Not quite a rest day… Shoveling WOD … Looking like an AMRAP with an EMOM of snow falling … Hoping it won’t be a death by!
