Looking forward to another Open season filled with AHA and HAHA moments…when I shock myself and do something I was sure I couldn’t do and then those moments afterwards when we all get together and laugh and enjoy our awesome community!

Great low key skill day, still chasing those dubs. Tweaked the wod a bunch, should’ve done more burpees I guess!

Worked on Dubs. Good new tips from Sarah. Got a good set of 14. Usually get about 7 to 10 I feel like I’ll be doing these in workouts soon.
Also worked on front squat form. Wider stance to keep pressure off my knees. Still feels odd, but getting more natural.
Right hamstring is unhappy. Tight and ouchy, but not really painful. Not sure why. Did a little extra mobility. And needs some rest and advil.
