Love these pre Fiesta Skillfests! Although the pick two biggest weaknesses is always a challenge because I have way more than two. However I love Coach PJ’s way of identifying those weaknesses – the things that pop into my head when I think…what will be in the next Open WOD? What would I hate to see????
BAM – got it. Today – wall balls and jump rope. Only because burpees already happened and hopefully it’s one and done on those bad boys!
