C&J singles at 145# was about right for me in this WOD. C2B 3 x 5 the first three rounds then 3’s and 2’s. Run was tough, but focused on the fortune of being able to run.

Wow beginning of 4 th round was tough,I had to just keep thinking of the victims of the marathon to keep myself going . I ran/walked the 800 and reflected on that day 4 years ago .Boston Strong ❤️

I missed PJ saying that we should run to the 400M twice since I was first on the run (big mistake!). I just kept going thinking no way was I turning around until I saw that 800M since so many others are running 26.2 today. The 800M marker never made an appearance! I finally turned around after the stone bridge, wondering why Valenti hadn’t passed me yet, but thinking about all the runners today, and victims and survivors of 4/15/13. Boston strong!
