This was a good one. Push-ups were the slowest (ring rows not hard ones). Was able to “run” the runs; split the last one into 2 x 200 as I knew clock was winding down and I think it helped the mental game. Was able to squeeze in last 5 ring rows.
Another good sized 6am class. Must be getting closer to bathing suit season 🙂
