DUBs were OK, K2Fab were better than expected after not touching the rig for awhile, snatches felt OK catching in power, need to re-learn how to get under it quicker.

The squat snatch has been the hardest lift to learn for me but it’s starting to feel better. Need to work on widening my grip.
The knees to chest taught me I really need to work on grip strength.

It’s been hit or miss lately for me due to work and felt it today but glad I went of course !!
Best round of dubs was round 2 which was 40 & 5 ,,,,The rest especially the last were tripped up to all hell

Fun with snatches last night…They just felt super heavy, really. Capped at #65 and opted to go with that for the wod. I’d love to have gone heavier but those squat snatches were awkward as it was.
Swapped the dubs out for a 10 cal row, 15 K2F, 3 squat snatches. Finished 4 rounds even.
