WOD: 4+313 (knee pushups, 20″, jumping pull ups & 3 dip jump and lower down)
I’ve been dealing with some pain in my lower legs and today it really took a toll. I went pretty slow and just tried my best to keep moving. It’s just a bad case of shin splints and I’ll be taking tomorrow off and doing some serious icing and stretching. Nice job 6AM and thanks PJ!
First time using 24″ in a workout! My lower back has been very tight and even air squats felt terrible- moved at a snails pace through these. I have to stretch a bit more, maybe attributing it to tight hamstrings, which has always been an issue for me.
