First round dips unbroken,sit-ups unbroken, both rounds of air Sq were rapid fire and were my break ,my dubs went waaay better than expected but broken up due to some trips not breaks ,first 200M was fast second one not so much post dubs ,, second round all broken up as needed push ups were triples and doubles toward the tail end and the ring dip were a shocker at how hard they were after 100 push ups ,started out with 1/2 dozen and mainly did trips, doubles then ending on singles .
Great job peeps !!
Thanks Chris for a solid class & warmup as well as the pushes throughout.
Never done dips this way but I think it was an appropriate modification. I was definitely feeling the burn on the last 25. I cut my jump rope pattern down to alternating singles/doubles and Chris motivated me to try string some together– I got 4 in a row and then got tripped up. It was a great feeling to finally be able to string some doubles together. Can’t wait to practice this more.
This was a fun one – toe dips, knee push ups, row, and 20 ball slams in place of dubs. 19:47 I think? Definitely feeling those push ups! Bring on Murph.
“Caramels”

Good work 5am, thanks pj!
“Caramels” = 23:25
(tippy toe dips, knee pushups, singles)
Wasn’t ready for big metcon day after a 5K yesterday. Push-ups were slowest; back tightened so didn’t attempt dubs.
Great job all-stars! Especially the sub-20 crew!
Thanks Coach Pj!
WOD: 19:34 (50 dubs)
Banged out 20 flawless dubs during warm up…but after the run was different story. Capped myself at 50 dubs ‘cuz I felt stimulus going.
Broke up everything except for air squats…and that worked well for me.
Nice work 6 am. Thanks PJ!
