If I had any thing that resembled a muscle-up, this would have been a whole new game. DUBs are coming back; still need to hang on for larger chunks before stopping.

Really sad to be missing all the fun…between work and preparing to move I am doing WODs of a different kind these days. I must say that since joining CFRT the life WODs are so much easier. Preparing to move would have meant a lot of advil and soreness but instead I am stronger and able to keep moving without advil. WOO HOO
Hoping to be able to be in tomorrow…and Monday at least!

Gym/skill work- just working on hanging from the rig today. Need to build grip strength there. Also worked mostly singles with a few dub attempts sprinkled in. First time with a rope in a couple of months so I wanted to make sure I could still remember how to use one. 🙂
Fun wod! Ring rows/toe dips, kept the reps the same for singles. 7:39 I think.
