OLY – 75#; felt like I could have gone a bit heavier, but my shoulder was still feeling a bit murphed, so I didn’t want to push it.
All Those People – 4 rounds (45# lunges, 15#DB press (some strict, some push) – Yeah, legs are still feeling a bit Murphed, as well.
Heard some bells ringing this morning, but don’t think all the PRs rang up. If I don’t hear the bell, did it really happen?

Had 9 seconds when got off wall & didn’t run rare maneuver for me and I’m Lil dissatisfied with my choice ! I did it cause it was the run and not a Rep , ugh Baaa!

Did a lot of hspu practice yesterday and felt great with them and went ub in large sets quickly… today, shoulders were gone and overall was rough going. Oh well!

OLY – worked up to 65#. I have to work on moving my feet faster, my Bar path and confidence.
WOD – 4 + 210 (35#, push-ups from box). This one was tough but felt good.

Still feeling Murph a bit today, almost skipped oly for mobility, but I ended up with a surprise 5# PR @ 150#! Some miscalculations were made but it ended up being more than I thought.
This wod was tough for me, still trying to get my body back in the swing of running. Runs were slow for sure. 35# bar for the lunges and box hspu, 3 rounds and a little over 25 meters probably.
