One of those mornings when the energy level just wasn’t there. This WOD became more of a warm-up for some post WOD comp training.
1st AMRAP 4 – 2+8(35#)
2nd AMRAP 4 – 4+7 (15#) – shoulder wasn’t feeling it so stripped the weight for the OHS
3rd AMRAP 4 – 2 + 5 (55#, RR)
4th AMRAP 4 – 3 (55#, harder RR)
