9 minutes to establish a Max Load of the following complex:
Deadlift + Hang Power Clean + Front Squat + Push Jerk + Back Squat + Back Rack Jerk
(Both athletes work simultaneously)
Rest three minutes
AMRAP 12
75% of your established load in a ‘you go, I go’ format
Record each athlete’s # and combined total reps completed

I got 145# for the heavy complex, then did 110# for the WOD

I Got 110 for my heavy single of complex. Then I used 85lbs for the wod.
We got 25 total rounds between us.
