Fun wod! Few ab mats short so I got the squats out of the way first..
26# goblet squats, ring rows, 8# wall balls, 100m runs, 30 burpees. Finished 20:02. Good recipe, stimulus definitely achieved.
Hate getting up “early” (I know..) on weekends, but big classes with big metcons are so much fun! Loved the warm up! Thanks Kelly!
