Very happy with this one…I wanted to go heavier and do power cleans but Coach says squatting was more important than weight. And I squatted them all – and it was not easy since my squatter is so sore.
All Stars rocked that one despite the fact that we had no idea what kind of crazy thing a burpee pull up was…now we do and no thank you!

First time using the 70# bell, had to break at 12/20/26. Slow singles on the cleans but they felt good.

Oly – worked up to 95#
Was shooting for 30 cal, just went for the full 35 instead. About 3 min on the rower. 35# KB, 20 RR/burpees, 95# hang squat cleans. I was thinking of going heavier but I picked a good weight. All singles, tried not to take too long between reps but it was a grind getting those 10 cleans in after burpees. Finished 12:03.

MOB/GYM- worked on HSPU with 2 abmats and kipping, rolled over my wrist and decided to work on mobility before the workout.
