WOD- 3 (toe ring dips, 40 double under attempts, 20″ box jumps, 10# wall ball)
I was able to string 4 double unders together. This is becoming more natural of a movement and it definitely helps to relax into it. The more relaxed I am the easier it is to string more than 1 or 2 together.
