65# – I didn’t get a chance to check if this was a PR but it might be. Felt really good. Worked up slowly through the first two EMOMs. I love EMOM because I get to practice form and rest – which always ends up with more weight on the bar and good form.
Coach Lauren is AWESOME – what a way to start Friday morning!

Back squat – made up last week’s percentage work. 85-105#

Worked up to 75#. No PR but maintained prior PR. Glad it was a power snatch, not squat snatch.
Enjoyed having the new and improved Jack Black in class today, LOL! All star rocked it as usual! Thanks Lauren!
OLY – kept it light – up to 65#. Worked with Killian, who is stronger than she thinks. Her form improved each set.

Back squats, worked up to…165? Whatever it was it was heavy!
Emom fun! Used 55# for the first emom, 65# for the second, then worked up to 100#. Attempted 105# a handful of times and failed. Gotta get consistent with getting under the bar when the weight gets heavy.
