30 ring rows, 20 jumping pull ups, 10 kipping pull ups. Was down to singles by set of 10.
Psyched did OHS unbroken.

Back Squats and Front Squats were fine, but really struggled with the OHS – couldn’t get comfortable, but got through the 10.
