Round 1 did 25# deficit strict HSPU. Halfway through round 2 eliminated the deficit – but kept strict.
Absolutely loved this WOD and so many levels…mental, form, etc. Way to grind through 6 am. Thanks PJ!
Gym / 1 set of bench & multiple discussions to everyone in the box which was a jaw workout in itself. Whewww!!
After much contemplating I chose 70# or should I say PJ chose or should I say Matty saying I wouldn’t finish with the 70# ultimately led to my decision as I grinded out a
