Holy moly what a metcon – I wanted to throw up, pass out and cry – but I didn’t – and that’s what makes all the difference! Kept pushing to get as many reps and rounds as possible.
Thanks Coach Chaos – perfect timing for the run – I was on my way back from my 400m when the kids were heading back from the 800m. Got a moment to catch my breath before the start of the burpees.

Had a week off from the box and back tight, so easing back in and did 1/2 the wod. Just wanted to move! Awesome class Gaff! Great work 430pmers!
