One person works while the other walks 100m with med ball overhead 14lbs
(Partnered with Anna, got 16:25. She did dubs 40-60 dubs (can’t remember), I did 100single unders both sets. I used 14lbs wb overhead, she used 30lbs and carried on shoulder instead. 35lb kettle bell.)
