WOD – 4 + 30 (20# db press/K2F/45#/lunges)
So glad I went with the 45# for the cleans – all unbroken. They got heavy fast with that many reps. Excited that I got my knee down for the lunges – on an abmat – but consistently down on all of them. First time in a WOD – it’s a delicate dance to get the lunges down with an abmat in play but well worth the effort.
Great group of All Stars to round out a week of EVERYTHING!
