Felt pretty good, the last 15 air squats drained me but glad I did the full 100 for each movement.
WOD: 19:43, full 100
Still nursing my shoulder so I subbed out tough ring rows for pull-ups. Huge 5am today, and we were treated to a Groundhog Day with another Phil-the-Thrill sighting.

Four 10s then 5s for pull-ups. Similar on push-ups and sit-ups. Five 20s on air squats.

18:02 – 75 reps across the board (ring rows and knee push-ups)
This was my first meeting with Angie and boy is she tough! I was super happy with my time as it was much better then I expected. I almost think I could have gone for the full 100 but the 75 rep scheme gave me the perfect stimulus and will allow me to work out the rest of the week.

Progress has been made since my first date with Angie – from 26:36 with two abmats and squatting to a bench because my squatting was a not what it should be…to say I am happy…in an understatement…I am so HAPPY!!! Still don’t like Angie and I am struggling to roll out gingerbread dough but the progress is worth the soreness!
The Turkish get up…NO WAY…pulled a muscle on my side on the first attempt and decided not to risk my date with Angie.

It’s been quite a while & to come back and complete this one as written I will take it ! It was a grind all round for sure & I’m sure I’ll feel it . All & all back feels and felt good considering I’m on the mend on the slow uphill side & must stay free to form ,not go heavy to quick & breath properly . I’m going to feel uncomfortable for a bit but as long as it’s a good uncomfortable and it’s par the healing course.
I cant believe how weak my core got ,the sits ups were surprisingly the worst for me .

Ripped hands at 75 Pull ups(forgot to tape), moved on to push ups.
Old nagging shoulder injury reared it’s ugly head at 50 push ups. Decided to stop them there.
100 Sit ups
100 air squats.
Tough pill to swallow, when I know I can finish all 100….

WOD 19:55
My original plan was to do 75 reps for the ring rows and push ups and 100 reps for the sit ups and air squats but I called an audible mid-WOD when I was concerned about finishing under the time cap and decided to do 75 reps across the board. In hind sight I probably could have done the extra 50 reps in the 5 minutes I had remaining, but I still felt like I achieved the stimulus with my modifications.
Air squats were by far the easiest movement for me, push ups were killer (especially after the ring rows!)
