Slow and steady, DL’s got real heavy fast. Luckily Mike let me use his belt for the last ~10 rounds which made a huge difference.

Couldn’t make it in this morning, woke up too late and my driveway was already covered in many inches of snow haha! But I did do a workout with the equipment I had:

20 KB cleans (15#)
10 burpees
5 band assisted pull-ups
Super sweaty workout! Got the job done
